About Us

We offer a selection of high quality, well equipped properties in San José, ranging from delightful studios for two people to fantastic houses accommodating up to 7 people.

In our Property Search section you can see full details of each property, including photographs and current availability; you can also view a map of San José showing the location of each of the properties. All our properties are within five minutes walk of a beach. If you have specific requirements please contact us and we will do all we can to help you find the ideal property.

We live in San José so are always on hand to help with any queries you have while you are here to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Upon arrival we will meet you at the property to show you around. Each property contains information on the local area giving useful advice on what to do and where to eat etc.

Property Management

If you are a property owner in San José, we offer a full property management service, which we will adapt to suit your individual needs. We can help with maximising your property rentals or simply take care of your property when you are not here, checking it every week and managing any issues that arise, thus ensuring that you have an enjoyable stay when you or your friends and family visit.
