Horse Riding

At the entrance to San José, the equine centre at the Cortijo del Sotillo hotel, offers horse riding for all levels including lessons, ponies for children, carriage rides and is the base for excursions.

Enjoy this unique experience at first hand, perfect for novice riders as well as the more experienced. Riders can follow a trail into the Parque Natural and take a canter along the stunning Los Genoveses beach.

It offers an excellent stable of 25 horses, of which 14 are Purebred Spanish horses.

The Cortijo del Sotillo also has a tennis court available for a nominal charge to non-residents.
