Terms and Conditions

• Your reservation will be held for 7 days and will be confirmed on receipt of a 30% booking deposit. This deposit is not refundable.
• The balance of the rental must be paid in cash in Euros (at our fixed rate of exchange) on arrival at the property or in advance by bank transfer, plus a security deposit of €100 or ₤ 90, returnable upon leaving the property in an acceptable condition. No other form of payment can be accepted. We are sorry, but we are unable to accept credit card payments.
• The price of the property is for the number of guests stated in our details and includes electricity, bed linen and bathroom towels, but not beach towels. Additional guests and extra items, such as travel cot, highchair, child safety gates etc, should be requested at the time of booking. There is usually an extra charge for these items but this will be made clear to you at the time.
• The price of the property includes cleaning on arrival. We ask you to leave it in a similar state as you found it. If the property is not left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition €30 will be retained from the deposit.
• Arrival: after 16.00, Departure: before 11.00 . If these times are inconvenient or you have small children travelling with you, please let us know and, if there are no previous or following guests, alternative times for check in/check out may be possible.
• We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you ensure you have travel insurance to cover yourself in the event of you having to cancel your holiday. Your deposit is not refundable.
• The property insurance does not cover your personal possessions.
• Pets are not permitted.
• All information has been compiled with the utmost care. However, we cannot accept responsibility for omissions or errors that are beyond our control. In addition, we cannot be responsible for water/electricity cuts or lack of access to swimming pools due to maintenance or repair.
